Text and Data Mining (TDM) Licensing Notice

Without prejudice to Article 3 of the ADEM Directive, such reproductions and retrievals are expressly prohibited, if permission has not been obtained from the rightholders; which has also been incorporated into the metadata of this website through the implementation of a TDMRep protocol. Reputable search engines such as Google or Bing are deemed to have obtained such permission unless otherwise indicated by the rights holders. Reputable GenAI tools such as Google Bard or ChatGPT are also deemed to have obtained such permission unless otherwise indicated by the rights holders, provided that they are (i) intended for general use and are not limited to real estate or inheritance or emigration related issues and (ii) have not been implemented or used, irrespective of the technique used, on the website of a third party other than the reputable GenAI tool provider.
